Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Scope
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Co Printer Technologies (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and any business entity, professional office, or individual acting in a commercial capacity (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) who accesses our website, [co-printer-technologies.com], or utilizes our sales, repair, and maintenance services.
Our headquarters is located at 1114 Brownwood Dr, Lewisville, TX 75067. By engaging our services or accessing our site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, scheduling a repair, purchasing equipment, or entering into a maintenance agreement, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of our services and website.
3. Commercial Use Only
Co Printer Technologies specializes exclusively in commercial-grade office equipment. We do not provide services, parts, or technical support for residential, consumer-level, or "home-use" printers and copiers. By requesting service, you represent that the equipment is used for business or professional purposes.
4. Sales, Services, and Quotes
Estimates and Quotes: All quotes provided via phone, email, or our website are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed upon on-site physical inspection of the equipment.
Equipment Sales: All new and refurbished equipment sales are subject to availability.
Financing and Leasing: Any financing or leasing options mentioned (e.g., "$99/mo") are subject to third-party credit approval and specific lease terms provided by the lender. Co Printer Technologies is not a lending institution.
5. Payment Terms
Service & Repair: Payment is due in full upon completion of service unless a prior credit arrangement or maintenance agreement is in place.
Equipment Sales: Payment terms for equipment will be specified on the individual sales invoice.
Late Payments: Payments not received within thirty (30) days of the invoice date are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum rate permitted by Texas law, whichever is lower.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
New Equipment: We pass through all manufacturer warranties to the Client. Co Printer Technologies provides no additional warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer (e.g., Kyocera, HP, Xerox).
Repairs: Labor for repairs is warranted for 30 days from the date of service. Parts are subject to the specific manufacturer’s warranty period. This warranty does not cover issues arising from operator error, the use of third-party toners, or external electrical surges.
Refurbished Equipment: Unless otherwise stated in writing, refurbished equipment is sold "as-is" with a limited 90-day parts and labor warranty provided directly by Co Printer Technologies.
Data Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for backing up all data. Co Printer Technologies is not responsible for the loss of any data stored on hard drives, memory, or network settings during the repair or setup process.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Co Printer Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific service or product shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the Client for that specific service or product.
8. Maintenance Agreements
Clients who have signed a separate Maintenance Agreement are subject to the specific terms and service level agreements (SLAs) outlined in that document. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a signed Maintenance Agreement, the terms of the signed Agreement shall prevail.
9. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
